No Refunds
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds. However, we understand that issues may arise. Instead of a refund, we offer replacements for items that are damaged or defective upon arrival.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at Catslandcentral@gmail.com. You have 30 days from the receipt of your item to request a replacement for damaged or defective items.
To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be in the condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Exceptions / Non-Replaceable Items
Certain types of items cannot be replaced, such as perishable goods (food, flowers, or plants), custom products (special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (beauty products). We also do not accept replacements for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept items for replacement that were sold as part of a sale or gift cards.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding our no refund policy, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to request a replacement for any reason for damaged or defective items within 14 days without a justification.
